If your order hasn’t arrived or is not ready for immediate dispatch, we should be able to cancel and refund your order.
If you would like to cancel your order due to change of mind and the product is ready to be dispatched or in transit from our supplier, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing and handling the order.
Please note that some orders may not be able to be changed or cancelled once the order has been accepted by Georges Cameras.
Where Georges can no longer supply the item you purchased, or if we cannot deliver the product with a confirmed ETA, we will provide you with a full refund.
