1) Where is the workshop and is there parking?
Most sessions run at our Chatswood Studio or Sydney CBD store. Venue and parking notes are on your Humanitix event page.
2) What’s your refund or ticket change policy?
Check the event page for the exact policy. As a guide, refunds are usually available up to 7 days before. For name changes/transfers, use “Contact host” on Humanitix.
3) What should I bring?
Bring your camera, charged batteries, and memory cards. Some classes request a tripod or laptop—see your listing.
4) What level are the workshops and what’s the schedule?
We run beginner to advanced. Each listing shows skill level, start/end times, and any session outline.
